>The Intermediate team played their relegation game against Athenry on Sunday and had a good win. It wasn't a good year for the team and clearly some short of shake up will be required. However the group was tough with 2 teams from the group making the final.

>The U16 played their County Final the weekend but after a spirited performance they came out the wrong side. Well done lads for putting in a great effort all year. Thanks to all the management team for your work.

>Another good weekend for the parish under 16 Hurlers they have reached the final after a thrilling affair with Michael Breathnachs. A good turn out for the final will be expected to cheer the lads on.

> Congratulations to the under 16 Hurlers who reached the Semi-Final beating a well fancied Carnmore.

> The hurling club would like to congratulate Conor Langan for making his place on the Galway U-14 Panel and making his place on the starting 15. By all accounts Conor is doing very well.
